This lead is designed for use with CTEK models manufactured after March, 2007. These can be identified by the orange connector on the lead supplied with the unit. 

The CTEK Eyelet Terminal Connection Lead can be fixed permanently to virtually any battery. It is a more convenient way to connect the CTEK XS800, Multi MXS 3.6 & Multi XS7000 making a more permanent connection to your battery pole, which for some can be both time consuming and awkward in itself. By connecting the Eyelet to the thread of the clamping system around the battery poles, you are then presented with a plug to simply connect and then disconnect the charger when necessary.
