Hi Temp Scottoil flows more slowly in higher temperatures.
Your choice of oil depends on the general riding temperatures you usually experience.
Hi-Temp Scottoil is designed for use in warmer climates with average temperatures of 20-40°C. Because of the increased viscosity of this oil it is also ideally suited for use with older Scottoiler systems.
