We recommend you fit a new felt seal CLA30440 with one of these. This pushrod has a hemispherical shoulder where it bears on middle of the diaphragm spring, and only works with the post 04/2006 pressure plate assembly CLE02595. The earlier type is conical and has separate part number - see CLE64197.
