One of the major causes of Boxer charging problems is poor earthing of the diode board.
Whether you are using the standard diode board (ELA44062) or the High Output diode board (ELA44063), mounting it on these solid mounts instead of the original rubber mounts (ELA58131) will ensure it always has a very low resistance path to earth ensuring optimum performance.
