This type of hinge was fitted to many twins from 09/1969 onwards, with the exception of R45, R65, G/S and ST models. It is the front seat hinge for dual seats, and the rear seat hinge for police type single seats.
This item is an excellent copy of the original, in galvanised steel, supplied with three stainless steel mounting bolts. We also offer this part in stainless steel - please see SEA30314A.
N.B. some BMW original seats had their hinges riveted to the seat base, and those hinges are not available separately.
