43mm diameter fuel pump.
A common cause of pump failure is debris in the tank entering the pump via a damaged strainer. If the strainer is damaged see TAA41233. It is also essential to replace the fuel filter SIA61265 when fitting a new pump.
Upon installation please take care not to overtighten the nuts on the electrical connections as it is very easy to break the delicate studs on the pump.
We generally also have stock of used fuel pumps.
PLEASE NOTE: It is common for the nut to be overtightened on the terminal stud. This should not be tightened beyond 1.6nm, overtightening of this is not covered under warranty.
