Motorworks have designed this new method of choke operation. Get rid of those levers and cables and simplify your bike! The air cooled twins often suffer from seized and maladjusted choke cables which can cause rough running and poor fuel efficiency. This beautifully simple and neat system gets rid of all these problems and adds style to custom bikes too. The control wire is stiff, rather than wound wire, so choke control is simply a pull and push of the stainless steel knob. Fits all vacuum carbs from 1970 to 1980 (R45/65/75/80/90/100). NOT R50, R60 or R90S.
You may also be interested in FUA21003 which is a blanking piece for the air filter cover where your choke lever used to mount.
The original cable trunnions (cable to carb lever fastener) can be fragile and break on removal. If this is the case with yours you will need to replace each unusable one with item number CAA57338.
