This is the modified tensioner and can be fitted if you have a noisy engine and the noise is coming from the L/H cylinder.
The easiest way to tell if you have the original tensioner is by looking at the head size, the non-modified type has a 17mm head, whereas the modified tensioner has a 19mm head.
Please note, the R/H tensioner has never been modified.
