The mounting rail is fastened to the cylinder with a screw. Because of the tie bolt, the part will not rotate.
This kit is for models that have Hepco and Becker crashbars fitted.
The rubber spray guard simply slots into the support rail and is fixed into place with a screw. On those warm and sunny days, when you want to remove the spray guards, this allows you to simply remove the holding screw and pull the rubber part out. The wind can once again flow over your feet! Does not fit on BMW R1200RT or R1200ST.
